NFHS Policy Debate Topic - 2016-17

The NFHS has published that China was chosen as the NFHS Policy Debate Topic for 2016-17 with 19 of the 35 votes cast. Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially increase its economic and/or diplomatic engagement with the People’s Republic of China.

Coaches should rank each Problem Area by choice; 1st Choice, 2nd Choice, etc.... The Problem Areas receiving the most first and second place votes will be forwarded to a second ballot for an additional vote. The ballot includes a link to a synopsis of the different problem areas.
