Next Steps
- Ensure the contest information is correct.
Double check that your report is for the correct OSAA playoff event. You can see all of your school's ticket reports from your My Account page.
- Input approved event expenses for reimbursement.
Schools can be reimbursed for approved expenses including staff to sell tickets, staff to take tickets at the gate, PA announcers, clock/scoreboard operators, score bookkeepers, and supervisory staff. Some sports limit the number of staff that can be reimbursed. For example, soccer matches do not require a score bookkeeper; the OSAA will not reimburse schools for staffing a score bookkeeper for playoff soccer matches.
- Input ticket sales information.
The OSAA auditor has requested a record of beginning and ending ticket numbers for accounting purposes. All ticket sales must be recorded: student, adult, and reserved. School will be held responsible for tickets sold and cash received. Expenses are not deducted from gate receipts. A check totaling the amount of all gate receipts must be sent with the generated print version of the ticket report to the OSAA office.
- Check your form prior to submitting.
Check to see if you've input all of the required information. This feature will show you anything that you may have missed or need to input prior to being able to submit the form.

Ejection Categories
Authority
Arbiters of the game - referees, umpires, and officials - have authority under NFHS rules to eject or disqualify participants, including players and coaches. This authority falls under a rule or set of rules defined by the NFHS and/or modified by the OSAA.
Why Are There Categories?
Rules are instituted to define the sport and expectations by participants. Officials enforce rules which might also include ejecting a participant where warranted.
When reporting an ejection, the reason for the ejection must fall under a category or rule. This helps administrators understand the nature of the ejection at a glance. The ejection category is an umbrella criteria, or general rule, that pertains to why the individual was ejected.
Reason for the Ejection
In addition to specifying the general category, the reason for the ejection is a description of the pertinent events and actions that resulted in the ejection. The nature of the ejection cannot be expressed by a simple category title alone. Instead, an accompanying reason helps to elaborate and expand on the nature of the ejection as a factual representation of what caused the participant to be ejected.
NFHS Rule(s)
For clarification, the ejection category is linked to one or more NFHS rules. When a category is selected, the corresponding rule or rules will be shown for reference in the current sport's NFHS Rules Book.
