As a condition of this membership, this school shall be bound by the regulations, standards, rulings, and position papers of the Oregon School Activities Association and other decisions made by the Delegate Assembly and/or the Executive Board, and shall be bound to self-report any violations of the regulations to the Executive Director.

*NOTE:

Dues must be received on or before {{ date('F j', strtotime($due_date)) }} in order for students at your school to be eligible to participate in OSAA sponsored athletics or activities at their resident public school. If this signed invoice is not returned by September 1 with a check, your membership will be canceled. A $25 processing fee will be charged in order to re-establish canceled memberships after September 1.
