            <b>Book reservations by 5:00 pm pacific time on Friday, August 25, 2017.</b>  Reservations received after the cut-off date are subject to availability and current available room rates.  Group guestroom rates are valid for reservations booked for two days prior to and after the meeting dates and are based on availability at time of reservation.

            Individuals are responsible for their guest room reservation, tax, resort service fee, and incidental charges upon check-out.  A deposit equal to one night's stay or a credit card guarantee is required to hold each individual's reservation.  Deposits are refundable up to three days before the reservation.  A 72-hour cancellation fee will be enforced and early departure will incur a checkout fee of $25.
