Search by Status
You can search by the waiver's status to find all eligibility waivers with the same status. Search by typing in the 4-letter status abbreviate, all upper-case, as described below.
WORK Work in progress, waiting to be submitted
RECD Received, waiting for OSAA acknowledgment
INSF Insufficient, needing addition information to be resubmitted
WTDN Withdrawn, deleted
PEND Pending, waiting for an OSAA or DAC decision
DONE Done, a decision has been made
ARCH Archived, not viewable by non-OSAA staff
APPL Appealed, currently being appealed waiting for another decision
Search by Type
You can search by waiver type to find all eligibility waivers in the current school year with the same type of waiver. Search by type by providing the word, TYPE, in all upper-case, followed by a hyphen, then the type number as described below.
