To Update Rankings: run steps 2 through 4, in order, making sure the previous function has completed.

Checks each scheduled contest to see if it is now live. Updates SCHD contests to LIVE.

Checks newly updated contests and process scores, forfeits, and CTS records. Creates CTS records.

Goes through each team for this season and updates their records: overall, rankable, and colley rankable records. Updates `team_records` table.
