» SINGLES: Any substitutions for singles qualifiers may be made until 4pm two business days prior to the first day of the state championships. If a singles player is replaced after the start of the seeding meeting for the state championships, the replaced person is not eligible to replace someone else on a doubles team.

» DOUBLES: Any changes in doubles qualifiers may be made until 4pm two business days prior to the first day of the state championships. A doubles player may be replaced only by another team member who is no higher on the team ladder than the player he/she is replacing.
