(1) Individuals: Substitutions for individual qualifiers not members of a qualifying team are not permitted.
(2) Team: Substitutions on qualified teams may be made up to 30 minutes prior to the start of the state
championship race at that classification. A team may enter a maximum of seven participants with
its top five finishers counting toward team standings.
