We have a young man that attended Beaverton last year and transferred to Seaside in February of last year.  He intends to participate in fall sports and we are working on his transfer eligibility with the OSAA.  Can one of you please sign the attached document and return it to me as soon as possible.  You can either scan and email back to me or fax at 503-738-5589.  Thank you in advance.
